Description

The Teledyne Hastings Instruments IGE-3000 line of Ionization Gauge Tubes provides the user with accurate, repeatable pressure measurement necessary for procedures such as thin-film coating, sputtering, lighting manufacture, vacuum furnaces and calibration systems starting in the medium vacuum range and continuing through into the ultrahigh vacuum range. These ionization gauges are capable of performing at a range of 10-10 Torr up to 10-2 Torr.
