The GO Switch Model 73 and 74 are the world's most commonly used and widely trusted leverless limit switches. Mechanically, Model 73 has no external moving parts, no springs or cams, no reed element, so there is nothing to wear or fail. Its contact chamber is potted and sealed from moisture or contaminants and is completely protected in a one-piece stainless steel housing, including the sensing face. Unlike magnetic reed switches, it is not susceptible to contact teasing, chatter, bounce, or welding.
Electrically, Model 73 delivers the most flexibility in the industry. Its environmentally sealed dry contacts are rated 4amp/120VAC, 3amp/24VDC, and 0.5amp/125VDC and are suitable for both high and low electrical loads. The Model 73 can be wired AC or DC, N/O or N/C, consume no power to operate, and have no current leakage or voltage drop.
Environmentally, Model 73 leads the industry with global UL, CSA, and ATEX certifications for use in flameproof, explosion proof, non-incendive, intrinsically safe, and general purpose applications. In addition, Model 73 is suitable for extreme temperatures (-50°C to 204°C), extreme pressures (up to 10,000 psi), and extreme depths (down to 7010 meters). The Model 73 is 16mm x 70mm with 5/8"-18 UNF threads and is also available in 18mm metric body. Simply put, there is no mechanical, reed, or inductive sensor that can match the performance of the GO Switch Models 73 and 74.
Benefits:- Durable one-piece stainless steel construction withstands moisture, salt, corrosives, and abuse
